Stay away. Bad, bad news.

Somehow they can manage a Facebook page but can't figure out how to email, return a call or post a new schedule on their Facebook page.

Contracted with them to do lawn care. It was raining the first day they were supposed to come (5/14). Understand why they didn't come, but they didn't come any time during the week nor did they contact us to tell us when they were coming. They did not come the following week (5/21) to make up for the week they missed. They did not call to reschedule. They did not return any of many messages we left to let us know when they would perform the service. Finally reached the owner and tried to pin down return date to start the service. Evasive. We cancelled and got our money back from DealMaker.

I hired K&R Construction for lawn maintenance and scheduled service with them to start on 4/15/12. They never showed up. I called them on 4/16 and was told that they were swamped with work and would make it out on Thursday, 4/19. I told one of the owners that I understood, but please call me if they couldn't make it and offered to push the start of service back a month until they got the crew they said they were hiring to deal with the rush of new work. I was told we didn't need to do that and they promised they would get to me on 4/19. They never came on 4/19 and didn't call. I called them on 4/20 and spoke to the other owner and he promised he would be out on Monday 4/23. He never came and never called. It was rainy that day, so I waited to see if he would come on Tuesday, 4/24. He never came and didn't call. I called the owners again and was promised that they would come out on Wednesday, 4/25. I asked that if they couldn't make it, please give me a call in the morning. AGAIN....they never called and never came. I called and left multiple messages for them and was called back by one of the owners, Randy Harris. He was not apologetic at all about the repeated lies that I had been told and their complete failure to meet their obligations, despite my requests to just call if they couldn't make it or to push the start of service to a date that would work better for them. Clearly, they are incapable of providing the service they have offered and lack basic customer service skills.
