Repairman broke an outdoor box and informed me that it was okay. Personnel have been lackadaisical and difficult to deal with. Another company replaced the box and charged only $3 more than I was charged by Dick's for the replacement of a fuse in the box. I have dropped them and now use another HVAC company.

I’ve been a Dick’s customer for many years; they came highly recommended after purchasing my home in PG County. As a small company, I’ve expected higher quality customer service from them, which has been most disappointing. Being located in minimally visible service area per bigger HVAC providers, I still struggle with feeling like Dick’s lacks in proper customer service and training — from their management to technicians.

Pricey! Charge for dispatch is now $120. Consider charge for work performed excessive but can't compare with any other. Additional charge at completion of work assumed added in for part that can be bought for less than 1/2 price charged.
