I called Got Electric to troubleshoot/repair issues with my home electrical system. They clearly explained what they found and recommended replacing the electrical panel, which was more than 50 years old and malfunctioning. I agreed with their recommendation and scheduled the work to be done the next day. They were on time for scheduled appointments, performed the work efficiently and in a quality manner. They left the work area neat and clean. I cannot rate them on price because I did not obtain quotes from other electricians for comparison. However, given the scope of the job, the price seemed reasonable to me. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the service provided by Got Electric, LLC and would call them again if I need electrical services in the future.

I really appreciated the wonderful support/professional expertise provided by Got Electric. Despite unanticipated challenge of wiring my new fixtures, which required extra materials, their licensed electrician (John Lentz), managed to complete the job within promised timeframe, along with taking extra care to not leave any dirt/miscellaneous particles behind! It's clear Got Electric's excellent reputation is well-deserved and we are pleased to have found such a quality company! We look forward to using them for our future needs, as well as recommending them to others!
