I have used Knoble a couple of times. The first time, the work was excellent. The second time however, they did a poor job on some of the items, most notable is they got the dark paint they were using onto some the white trim in my room. They probably would have repaired it, but I didn’t notice it until after they had left and had too much going on to deal with it.

We had flooring installed in our basement and a new door put in between our garage and den in July 2024. Douglas Stevens came and advised on what we needed and provided a written estimate. Michael and Alex did a great job on the flooring, and were very pleasant, professional, and helped a great deal with moving things around and replacing them for the installation. After that TJ and Robert came to work on the door. It turned out we had some termite damage so they removed part of the wall around the door and waited for the termite treatment before finishing the job. Later we discovered that the weatherproofing around the door didn't quite line up. Robert came back in October and fixed it perfectly. We have been very pleased with the company, and Douglas Stevens, the President, is very knowledgeable and great to work with.
