I had a terrible time finding this office. I walk with a cane, and I gimped all over downtown Silver Spring trying to get there. When I finally located it, I was 25 minutes late. The receptionist, who was nowhere around when I arrived, finally showed up. I told her who I was and my problem finding the place.

She checked her computer record and sniffed, "You're 25 minutes late. We cannot take you. We can make a new appointment for you."

Fat chance. I walked out and haven't been back.
