Sergio installed a chimney liner for me last year in preparation for replacing my water heater. The price was the best I found and the team seemed great. But when the water heater was replaced (about a year later), it failed inspection because of some issue with the venting. It took me a couple tries to reach Sergio, but I did and he came out right away and fixed the issue in about an hour. (Companies sent by the plumbers quoted me $1400 and $3400 for the repair work.) I can't tell if this was a case of the inspector being overly picky/wrong or the codes changing or the work not actually being done right the first time. But Sergio spoke with the inspector to see what they wanted and made it right, which I tremendously appreciate.

Community inserted a liner into my chimney. The work was completed promptly and efficiently. Sergio was pleasant to work with. The basement was left clean. I will use them again if I have anymore chimney services that need done.
