American Professional Chimney did not finish our job on the first try. After we complained, they were very responsive in addressing the problems with the masonry and flue, which were obvious on inspection. The second crew who came to our house knew what they were doing. It was expensive so we expected a higher level of service.

They came prepared for my very steep roof and gave me the heads-up that it would cost more--came on time, worked pretty quickly, and gave me a recommendation about how often to have have the stovepipe swept (after burning each cord of wood). The cost was very reasonable (almost half of what I've paid previously). I would definitely recommend them.

Several chimney companies came out, we chose this one over the others because of the straightforward honest approach, along with the price. We hired them on the spot and the work was performed and completed as promised and on time. Now 2 other neighbors are talking with them.
