I used Wills Home Decorating to replace outdated window treatments in my home. Valerie helped me choose the style of treatments I wanted. We reviewed the book of vertical blinds. She asked questions about the type of windows I had, what rooms the windows were in, and how opaque I needed the treatments to be. Valerie was very professional and spent a considerable amount of time with me at the store to help me choose the styles and colors that would go best for my windows. The next step was for Valerie to visit me at my home to measure correctly and to see how my final color choices would look in my windows. She again spent a considerable amount of time to make sure everything was correct. She was personable and professional. Because window treatments are custom made, I waited about a month for the treatments to arrive at the store. The installation was a few days later. Valerie returned along with the store's professional installer. They worked together to make sure that everything was installed correctly. The two rooms took over two hours to complete. Everything looks great! I am very pleased with my new window treatments.
