What a pleasure to do business with these artisans! We are rehabbing a four bedroom colonial with plumbing issues - that means slots and holes in drywall all over the house. Three days with Carlos and the walls and ceilings are flawless - and wait for it- NO dust not one speck. They are great!

Poor communication. Charging 5% to use a credit card when we all know they're only paying 3%. That should be illegal. They almost canceled the job when I asked them to wear shoe covers or remove their shoes. If they didn't already have my deposit and the material I think they would have walked away from the job at that point. Their scaffolding marked up my walls and they still haven't made it right. They used semi-gloss on my walls even though I had used satin in the past, and of course it didn't match. My foyer chandelier was covered in spackle and was extremely challenging for me to remove.

Carlos' work was superb. I could not be more pleased. He's also delightful and trustworthy. I had to leave him alone in the house and the results were fast, tidy, and beautiful. Mike, the owner is very prompt on texts before and during the job. I never met him; I sent pix of my project and he drew up a proposal from measurements I gave him. He had a bit of confusion about sending documents but not worth mentioning. I know he's managing many projects at once. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!! Hired them from the Checkbk recommendation. :)
