Joe, Rob & their crew went above and beyond! What impressed me the most is they had at least 8 crew members there all day from early in the morning until late, so the entire job was done in just over 1 day! Incredible!! They were incredibly clean, constantly checking to make sure all fallen debris, nails etc. were cleaned up and removed from the ground/grass. Super important to us, as we have two small kids who daily play in the yard. It’s all in the details...all the vents coming out of the house, they even covered with black material to match the new black shingles. This was so noticeable that several of my neighbors have specifically mentioned to me how incredible it looks (way better than theirs lol). The workmanship of Marshall Family Roofing stands out in stark contrast with that of the other roofing companies who recently serviced my neighbors homes. I’m so glad I made the choice to go with Marshall Family Roofing vs. the other contractors who went door to door soliciting business after major storms last year. J Pecharka Frederick, MD

Joe Marshall and his family are the nicest, most detail-oriented contractors I have ever dealt with, by far. Joe spent so much time on the little details of our new roof and gutter installation. I have even seen my neighbors just staring in awe of how nice our roof looks. We had the Colonial Slate color with the Landmark-series shingles. The whole installation is a work of art. We can’t thank Joe, Rob, and the rest of his crew enough. You could choose a big corporate entity to install your roof, but I guarantee that you will never get this attention to detail. From the water diverters they custom built behind my chimneys, to the splash guard they installed over my front door, these little extras just make the whole process more satisfying. Joe even made a trip to get me a new attic fan when I told him I was having trouble finding one. We can’t recommend Marshall’s Roofing and Gutters enough, and we wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone! Just make sure you choose the Marshalls located in Brookeville, MD, NOT the Marshalls located in Virginia.
