I went here for auto detailing. I found it hard to schedule. The person I spoke with on the phone was gruff. I was told to plan on leaving my car there for the day (drop off at 10am) Everyone I interacted with in person there was the opposite, nice and helpful. They opened a little early because customers where waiting, which was nice. I checked in and was told someone would check my car. I waited a while and had to ask of the person was going to follow up with me. Somehow, they got out of order. They had my car a little less than four hours, I had expected to look almost like new but it didn’t. I had to point out a number of things to get cleaned in the final check. It wasn’t really sure what I paid for and waxing was extra. I wouldn’t got back.
