Recommended
They charge by the hour, so you don't know what a job is going to cost until it's completed. And the office staff has a pattern of overestimating how long jobs are going to take - maybe deliberately, because they think you'll be pleased when they come in under budget? - but I'd much rather have an accurate estimate of the cost to plan around from the beginning.

I would not recommend Mr. Handyman due to the last contractor that I had, his work was inferior. Sometimes I think that because you purchase a block of time for a service that the contractor may take more time than necessary to extend the time need to complete the job, therefore incurring more time which means more money.
