We had major problems with Monocacy Chimney from the beginning to the end. Manager recommended a fireplace insert that was too large for the space so when it came time for the install, it did not fit. Once it was finally installed months later, we had issues with the draft which required getting a second opinion from another chimney company before Monocacy would install a chimney cap. I could go on but there were too many other issues to note here. A horrible experience.

We have used Monocacy for several years since they repaired our chimney and replaced the lining. They are great to work with, go above and beyond to make sure their work is reliable.
