They could not have been nicer. We mismeasured on a carpet and they rebound it at no charge. There are lots of remnants to choose from in addition to carpet samples that you can order. This is a great place.

We purchased vinyl flooring for our entire condominium following a flood that destroyed all of the existing flooring. After removing the existing wood and carpets, the installation team failed to lay a skim coat of concrete to level all of the floors. Consequently, after the installation was complete, every piece of furniture rocks back and forth slightly. The worse part is that insurance would have paid for the extra money required to level the floors.
