This the second time we used Max at Ela for window treatments. We called three other shops. Two sent sales people with samples. One didn't know much about the product. The second showed some samples. We had some questions and we were told he would call back and never did. The third sent samples FedX with no explanation about the product. We went back to Max. Max came with big sample books. Explained in detail about the window treatments and had a video of how they looked an worked.
