Their price is definitely reasonable but as they sometimes say, you get what you pay for. I gave them strict instructions to power wash the siding only - no porches, no deck, no flagstone. They power washed everything anyway and did a lot of damage. One of the porch floors is painted wood and the power washing tore it up. The back deck is made of Trex and should never be power washed. They also did a lot of damage to window screens and to the paint on two doors. I had to pay to have all of this repaired so in the end, their low price was not really so low after all.
