Home Air Services was recently bought by a company called Vito Services. If you have a service contract, it is generally easy to get a repair appointment promptly, and the quality of service and repairs was usually reliable when Home Air was an independent company. However, the most recent problem with our HVAC system recurred a couple of times before it was fixed properly. It could have been a coincidence that this happened after Vito Services bought Home Air.

The technician sent misdiagnosed the problem with our furnace, did not fix the problem, and created an unsafe situation that we had to have fixed by a different contractor (at 1/6 of the price). One positive thing: The management and staff at Home Air Services were professional and apologetic about this technician's poor performance.
