We just had a type of vinyl flooring installed in part of our basement. When I initially reached out to Chris on the phone, I explained the situation we had with our basement (some moisture issues, a painted concrete floor with peeling paint) and he steered me away from my desired choice of linoleum, expertly and kindly explaining why that wouldn't work for a room with moisture issues. I wasn't excited about vinyl flooring but he guided me to an option that was slightly better for the environment. After coming into his store to make our selection on color, the process proceeded smoothly. Chris is straightforward and easy to work with and his crew are excellent. They were lovely to have in our home and did a great job minimizing any dust and were attentive in cleaning up. The finishing touches really make the floor look great. We noticed a minor issue and Chris came out the next day and fixed it himself. We're really pleased with the result.

We have had Floor Gallery install flooring in multiple rooms in our church over the last few years. Chris has always been helpful in choosing flooring and flexible in installation timing. His staff are experienced and pleasant to work with. Pricing seems very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I recently hired Floor Gallery to replace the flooring in our kitchen, sunroom, and laundry room. Chris is very knowledgeable and his recommendation was great. The crew- James, Alex, and Christian- were hardworking, meticulous, and mindful of keeping the dust and dirt confined. I appreciated the extra effort they made to get things just right. I cannot say whether my price was high or low- I didn't go to any other supplier. I can say the value for the price was excellent.
