Mr Perez scheduled an appointment for 11 AM to give me an estimate on a small job: staining a 13-ft handrail. He never showed up. Maybe he decided the job was too small, but he never called to cancel or explain. This behavior seems consistent with Better Business Bureau's assessment of Mr Perez; he got an "F" rating for his unauthorized use of BBB's logo.
