Completed two bathroom remodels in same job. Design was what we wanted and that went well. The problem was with poor quality and workmanship. On first day of remodel I came home to water leaking from upstairs bath into first floor kitchen. Plumber returned and admitted he failed to check for leaks before turning water back on and leaving for the day. Months after construction completed I found water leaking into closet adjacent to the second remodeled shower. Again, prompt correction but they admitted that shower head connection inside wall was not properly tightened - so water slowly leaking for months. Two major leaks during the course of over $80K of work. I cannot recommend and would not rely on them. One positive is that they were prompt in returning to my home and trying to correct the issues but really those were such basic errors that it raises questions about basic competency of their work crews.

This is a vertically integrated company... no sub-contractors, which we were very happy about. While the actual work was excellent (gutting and completely remaking the bathrooms) except for very minor touch ups, the management doesn't return calls in a timely fashion, can be very rude and condescending and dismissive. Sad because the quality of the work was quite good.
