Absolute rip-off. Requires purchase of multiple washes and I found out several months later that they were auto-charging my credit card based on a single swipe. That's outright fraud. I was able to cancel the charges but I'll never return.

The car was not clean in some areas after a wash. I asked an attendant if I could go through the tunnel a 2nd time and was told that was not possible because the computerized payment/gate system would not allow it. Attendant asked me if I had a towel and suggested that if I did I could just wipe down the places where there was still dirt. When I indicated that I did not have a towel the attendant found a towel on his own and wiped down the problem areas. Prices are high for such mediocre service.
