Firm's Response:
"The review from Washington,D.C. about using drywall screws in an exterior application is totally false. The customer never even asked me about what I had used to fasten the ring on the porch column and never talked to me about it. In fact, I used special,highly rated exterior screws to fasten the rings on. In addition, these rings and screws were under the porch roof and not exposed to water and the columns were to be painted by the owner."
