I recently hired YC Electric to help with some wiring issues in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From start to finish they were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. First off, scheduling was a breeze. I submitted a request and Kamilla was able to schedule me right away. Jin & Hung arrived right on time, which was a refreshing change from past experiences with other contractors. Once they arrived, they took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly inspect the problem areas. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated as someone who isn't very familiar with electrical work. Throughout the job, the team was meticulous and efficient. They worked quickly but never rushed, making sure everything was done correctly and safely. They even took the time to clean up after themselves, which is something I've found not all contractors do. Overall, my experience with the team at YC Electric was excellent. The pricing was fair, the service was exceptional, and my electrical issues were resolved promptly. I would highly recommend YC Electric to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled electrician. I'll definitely be calling them again for any future electrical needs.

I now have an electrician for life! Yi could not have been more courteous, knowledgeable, or helpful. He is a true professional. His office was very responsive and his office manager was extremely professional. I will absolutely use his service for all my future electrical needs.

I was incredibly impressed with the service we received from YC Electric. The owner took excellent notes and pictures at our first meeting, so I never felt like we needed to go over the same ground again, as can happen with other contractors. He also went out of his way to explain his thinking, and even though he could have made more money by doing it, he talked us out of an unnecessary part of the project to save us money. Our house had an unusual set up, and YC Electric worked tirelessly to track down an obscure part, staying in touch the entire time to keep us updated. They then executed flawlessly on the electrical work.
