I'm really sorry to give a bad rating to a small business. But the owner Ed has been impossible to deal with. He didn't respond at all at first; finally came out and gave lots of helpful advice and a good verbal bid. Since that time he has completely ghosted me. It's been nearly a full year I have tried to get in touch with him -- by phone (left messages, never returned), sent emails (never responded to), texted (ignored) and finally even sent a paper letter through the mail. He simply disappeared off the face of the earth. Even if he were to re-appear, given his behavior, I simply don't feel that I can trust him. I've wondered if he is dead, but the letter mailed to him was not returned, so unlikely.
