Mr. Kosok was helpful, friendly and skilled. Hi price was slightly better than his competitors and he was willing to do a relatively small job. I'll call him again.

I've used Karl Kosok several times in the past couple of years to do repair work on the townhouse I'm renting out. I have always found him to be honest, competent and reasonably priced. Among the jobs I asked him to do, is closet whose hanging bar collapsed, and a new oven hood including the electrical connections, that he installed. The carpentry work he has done for me is very good. Above all, he is very honest and straightforward, and his cost estimates are accurate, within a few percentage points, up or down. I trust him.
