We just completed a complicated project with Kaufman, and I definitely recommend them. There was one issue that had to be fixed, but they acknowledged the issue, were more than professional and pleasant to talk with (it did not become contentious) and stood behind their work. They fixed the one issue, and the rest of the entire project was done very well. Would definitely recommend.

Very sloppy, seemed to be in a big hurry. The flat roof sections have depressions in them that hold water for days after a rain, a violation of standard practices. Where the flat roof met a higher roof sloping down, the mis matched the courses of shingles! They left a huge amount of hardware laying around my yard.
