My experience was a bit odd. I had called in and the first man I talked to was great! Told me the price of my window, as well as being able to fix my broken window the same day. I told the man on the phone I would be at the shop within the hour. I arrived at the shop and apparently there was another man at the counter that I had to speak to. He was rude and tried to treat me like I am a naive woman. I told him I was going to wait since he quoted that the job would take about 2.5 hours since he had to call to get the glass. When he realized I wasn't going to leave, he rushed to get my car fixed. It only took 1 hour, and he obviously had the glass in stock already. I did not appreciate how they tried to play me with my time, but my window is fixed and done well.
