Not Recommended
Job entailed siding replacement, gutters, windows, some interior work. Greg (the owner) took longer than others to come out to assess scope. Very personable, and reassuring, and got an allied trade out right away. After weeks had not given a quote. He eventually came out again, saying he had just emailed quote. Did not want to wait for me to print, sign and return. Quote was very barebones, with no scope of work or cost breakdown. Over several more weeks would not respond to attempts to contact by phone (direct and office), email or a visit to his office, to a very simple question about the quote, or a guess as to timeline (we had no requirements, and were willing to wait for several months, if press of other jobs required - we just wanted a rough idea). Quote not signed, and another contractor engaged after two months. Don't be surprised if he "ghosts" you also!
