High prices and unreliable service. Some days trash is picked up, some days not. Sometimes it's picked up the day after. Sometimes it's not picked up until the next scheduled date. Call to inquire about pickup issues and the phone either rings with no answer, an answering machine pickups up with only static, or if you do leave a message no one ever calls back. I've recently changed trash services to a competitor with favorable results so far (only one month with new service).

Helpful on the phone. Once or twice there have been missed pickups but they correct the problem by the next scheduled pickup day.
