Be very careful before you allow any of their technicians to work in your home. The electrician (Brenden Ho) they sent to us initially told us the work was complicated and would take him at least 4 hours to "fix". He quoted a price of over $800; however when he removed the outlet covers, he explained it was really a simple fix. He never adjusted the cost he initially gave us. When I contacted Gen3, to ask for a detailed invoice for the work, it was explained that their techs set prices, not the company. It seems to me that the electricians are contract workers for Gen3...not actual employees. The work done included fixing two electrical outlets on our kitchen wall. The information I received from Gen3 says the work was to "replace 2x swiches and 2 GFCI; install 2 under cabinet fixtures". The under cabinet fixtures were ALREADY there. The electrician brought newer ones and switched out the older ones. Additional information reads: "Opened up two electrical boxes and found the issue of poor craftmanship". We feel strongly that we were ripped off. He was finished in less than an hour; yet did not change/readjust the price

It was very expensive. But more importantly, the technician came out during the height of Covid and was not vaccinated. I tought this was irresponsible. I needed the work done. Otherwise, I wouldn't have used this company.
