Timothy Off replaced our aging A/C unit with a new heat pump. Their price was very competitive and they were the only firm of the five that we received quotes from that offered to perform a detailed heating and cooling load calculation to confirm that the new equipment would be properly sized. The installation went smoothly and the system has been working perfectly for several months now.
