STAY AWAY!! I hired them to renovate a condo bathroom in Dec. 2010. They tried to justify why they were installing the walls crooked, tiles were poorly spaced, and they failed to follow directions and scratched up the hardwood floors. The job supervisor was often absent and they wound up shaving some $$ off the final bill for their mistakes. They finally redid the wall and "fixed" it. I put "fixed" in quotes there because now....less than 7 years later....I have to redo all the tiles. It was only a couple of years later that the grout started crumbling and then a few more before the walls started flexing. I tried to call them recently and it took three calls to get someone to call me back to see if they would consider working out an arrangement to redo their work for a discount with a general contractor to supervise them that I would pay for. The guy I spoke with said he would let me know some time in November......over a month later. How's that for customer service?! Now we're hiring someone else and it's costing over $6,000 to redo the work of All Renovations. STAY AWAY! If I can post pictures of the job they did, I gladly will.

Worse experience I ever had. They were to install a ceramic tile floor, beadboard paneling in my powder room, replace sink and cabinet with a pedestal sink and wallpaper above the paneling. When we shopped for the paneling, I suggested the primed painted paneling and they wanted to use raw paneling. Not knowing any better, I went with their preference. When I saw they were not going to prime it before they installed it, I started to prime it the night before. I didn't finish, but they installed it anyhow. They did a poor job of matching the beadboard and seriously mismatched the paneling behind the sink where it is most visible. Then they started to hang the wallpaper and by then I was apprehensive about their capability, so I watched closely. They were having so much trouble getting it up straight and without bubbles that I told them to STOP, I'd do it myself. Which I did satisfactorily. Months later I looked again at the job and wish I had stopped them at the first sign of incompetence. I could cry. I'd like to have it gutted and done over. The paneling is crooked, the grout in the ceramic tiled floor is coming loose and the sink leaks. They slapped a coat of paint on the beadboard paneling but it didn't begin to cover. I finished it. Their attempt to wallpaper ruined enough paper so there wasn't enough to cover adequately. I bought a big mirror to cover the gap.
