I've taken my last 3 dogs there, and have had a great experience with most of the vets. My last dog had cancer, and they coordinated treatment with the Hope Center to help me manage care and control costs. I usually see 1 of 2 vets so that they know the history, but have seen a number of vets when coming in for illness over the years. Overall, great service, preventive care, advice via email and they work with you to make care affordable.

Dr. Davis Hall has cared for our dogs for over 25 years. We greatly appreciate his skills communicating with us, and caring and interacting with our dogs; he is very intuitive and practical, but also in high demand. While he may not see our dogs on each visit, we know he has had input into their care, as needed. His son Dr. Reed Hall also provides compassionate care to our dogs and family, and is very knowledgeable in animal care and office management. Dr. Novarr is very attentive and empathetic, meeting dogs on the floor at their level, and is an excellent communicator and educator with families in person and by email. Our dogs have received skilled and caring treatment from Dr. Fink and Dr. Nguyen. Our most recent experience is with Dr. Waite who performed emergency surgery on a tumor on one of our dogs' spleen after explaining our options and possible outcomes, and answering our numerous questions. Our 12 year-old "pup" has recovered well from surgery and Dr. Waite continues deciphering and explaining confusing pathological results, explaining our options, and researching our pup's unusual presentation. Bottom line: we are very pleased with the quality of care provided to our dogs (and guidance or reassurance to us) at a very reasonable price. The front desk staff has become more responsive and helpful. Wait times vary, but are not excessive: Vets have given more time to our dogs when needed and have shown the same care to other pets and "lost" dogs or cats in critical situations. It is a very animal-centric and -empathetic practice, supporting community programs to help all animals. Daily scheduling a Vet to deal specifically with urgent/emergency situations has significantly cut down on wait times.

They are amazing. We couldn't have lucked out better than to choose them to take our rescue to. They have been so helpful with every thing she has needed along the way.
