I am SO impressed with Reg Wayland's WINDOWS PLUS. I recently moved to Warrenton, VA and needed to replace every window in the new home. There were eighteen large windows. Mr Wayland was very helpful when I was ordering - He gave me several options and explained each. He took his time and allowed me to ask many questions. Installation was amazing. The installers were polite, professional, and they did an outstanding job of cleaning up at the end of their work. I love the new windows! This company can do more than just windows! I will definitely use them again! I will probably line them up for a new roof in the Spring!

They replaced the windows in my home back in 2007. For the past couple of years one of the balcony doors has a haze. For the past six weeks, I've been leaving them messages which they've ignored. Finally, one of them got back to me and said they'd check on the warranty but then didn't follow up afterward. When I again had to call back I spoke to Kim and she said to take a picture or she'd let me know when their technician was in my community so I could show that person. I called back a few days later and spoke to Alana to say that the picture didn't pick up on the haze and that I would need to meet up with their technician. Alana wasn't familiar with my situation, and told me Kim was in a meeting and she'd leave a message. No reply. Then again I call back, talk to Kim and Kim says "I don't know, I've been on travel and haven't checked my box." Her punchline is that the windows are out of warranty, they're not a service company and that I'd have to pay for any repairs. She insisted that haze denotes a product and not installation problem. I said maybe the glass they're using isn't so great if it fails after 10 years. Then she countered that the glass they use is wonderful, is used nationwide. I still asked her if I could meet up with her technician, who was going to be in my area anyway, just to confirm diagnosis and she refused.
