They made a pricing error which most people wouldn't catch. Installers had to come back because job was rushed and not acceptable.

Outstanding service from initial contact through paying for services. In addition to new carpeting, they replaced a section of flooring damaged by cat urine, and it was impossible to tell where the old floor ended and the replacement flooring began.
