Office is easy to reach by email. The client is invited to provide any instructions in writing ahead-of-time. In my experience, the cleaners provide honest service. The 'green' approach does not get all the mildew out of the tub, but other than that, after a few 2-hour cleaning episodes, my house gradually reattained a state of general cleanliness.

Price is reasonable but quality of cleaning varies because a different crew is sent every week. It seems like every week there is some issue I have to bring up for them to address, whether its the quality of the cleaning job, leaving things in disorder. Management is responsive, but problems keep happening anyway. They communicate and confirm the window of cleaning time the day before or morning of by email. It is nice to be able to reach them by email, but having the cleaning time and crew change every time is really inconvenient.
