Our salesperson listened to us as we explained what we were looking for. She emailed us back with four or five alternatives in a few days. One was a clear winner. We ordered 2 lamps and are happy with both. The prices are fair. We were told they would not be hard to assemble and they were "not too hard". I would have preferred they do it but that service was clearly not offered. I have purchased light bulbs a number of times at the parts counter. The staff is amazingly knowledgable and helpful. Their pricing, surprisingly, was lower than Home Depot; actually not so surprisingly.
