I have no complaints about the care my dogs received. To get some required kennel cough vaccines, they had to receive a thorough check up. This involved getting weighed and my answering the question "so how are they doing?" There was NOTHING ELSE and I paid $102 per dog for this. Then the kennel cough vaccine cost twice what it would have anywhere else. Then, when I asked if I could return the next day for the flu vaccine, they told me the dogs would have to have two more "thorough" physicals at another $102 per dog. So I am going somewhere else.

Horrible Experience - Would Never Go Back!! Not knowing any better, we started here when we got our new puppy. It was immediately apparent the place is a something of a vet service assembly line. Lots and lots of vets, quick in/out appointments, and surprisingly hefty bills. Our neighbor had a new puppy at the same time and was paying about half for similar service across the street. But what ended it for us was when our puppy got sick. We were told during a quick in/out visit that she had a bug and we should just ride it out. A couple days later she wasn't eating and was barely able to stand, so we went back. The vet said she didn't look good, gave us a prescription, said it should pass in a few days and tried to usher us out. I requested a Parvo test, but the vet said no b/c they don't ever see Parvo. Since the test is inexpensive I insisted. The vet came back white as a ghost and said "It's positive, you need to pick up your puppy and leave right now. Here's a card for South Paws emergency vet services. We have to completely disinfect the lobby and this exam room. You need now!" And we were promptly ushered out with virtually zero advice, guidance, empathy, or support. Obviously we were scared for our puppy since Parvo has a 50% survival rate, but the total cold rudeness we experienced at Cherrydale ensured we'd never be back. As you might expect, they didn't even follow-up to see how our baby was doing. Fortunately our puppy survived, but our neighbor's lab puppy who caught it at the same time didn't. I'd think twice if you're considering using Cherrydale.
