They do respond to suggestions and problems. However, they no longer post the class schedules in the gym (they are only on flyers at the front desk) which makes it cumbersome to figure out what class is going on and if you would like to join in at some time--they say it was a corporate decision that they can't fix????

Contract/cost not properly explained; needed to open a complaint with Visa since they would not resolve.

Problem with last manager. New manager since December 2017 seems to be getting it back into better shape.
