5/2/2022: Dishwasher problems cleaning dishes. AA Bill's service was outstanding in all respects. Professional, and friendly. Most highly recommended.

Bill was an excellent listener in diagnosing an unusual problem with our broken ice maker, and the provided a range of options at different prices. Both times he visited my home to fix an appliance this year, he came the same day or next day after I called him.

The refrigerator was running but not cooling sufficiently. He arrived promptly but then spent 2+ hours talking, pulling refrig out from the wall (and scratching the floor!--did not put a pad down), cleaned the coils, fiddled around with the back of the refrig., fiddled around with the controls inside the refrig, found that the part he suspected I needed was not available from GE (it's an old refrig.) but it started cooling again so he assumed the dirty coils were the culprit. Three days later, the refrig is NOT cooling properly once again. When he gave me the bill, he said he'd subtract something from it because he talked so much! He seems to find it useful to posit certain theories about an appliance, and then discuss why each is incorrect or not!
