Juan Granados has an exceptional work ethic and skill level to match. I needed repair and painting on a rotting front door frame, shutter repair, and other minor painting work and all were done exceptionally well and quickly. Juan came the same day to provide a very reasonable estimate and was able to schedule the work for 2 days later. He and his team arrived on time and finished the work ahead of his estimate. They brought the paint, ladders, and every tool they needed to complete the work and they were very careful to clean the work area before beginning, cover the surrounding area to prevent damage or spills, and clean up thoroughly after the work was done. I am extremely pleased with their work and will hire them again for some interior painting and repairs once the hot weather passes and I can comfortably open my windows.

We asked Juan to install 2 exterior vents, clean our gutters, and fix some doors that were sticking when opening/closing. He did a wonderful job with all the work. He is extremely professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!

Juan Granados and his team are exceptional! He provided estimate which was competitive and completed the two painting jobs in an expert, efficient, and beautiful manner. His men also installed new kitchen flooring expertly and with attention to every detail and again efficiently and completely. I would recommend Juan and his team to tackle any job.
