Juan Granados and his team have helped with a variety of maintenance issues for this old (1930) house. His painting is superb, and his attention to overall cost and quality is commendable. In one case, there was a section of drywall and paint that had been damaged by a prior roofing leak at the corner of the a large open kitchen and dining room area. Instead of repainting the entire room, he used the painted switch cover to match the paint perfectly and only needed to repair and repaint a small section. He has painted ceilings, stairs, and a resized antique rope bed (which they re-sized). He has devised clever solutions for a multitude of non-standard tasks: re-installing wood blinds after window replacement, cutting and fitting a slender wood strip to fill a gap in a wood floor joint, crafting a wooden splice to insulate and fix a drafty corner of a wood-paneled great room, reframing a small access door, designing a closure that made the door fit better, re-tiling the fireplace hearth after the fireplace insert was replaced. He currently is working to repair cracked grout and cuts in a flagstone patio. Juan is very experienced, meticulous, efficient, and he has excellent taste. His prices are extremely reasonable and his estimates are accurate. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. Juan's teammates, Juan's wife Raquel and sister Mercedes (who works with Juan on building and paint work), also provide cleaning services. They have done excellent work, especially in bringing kitchen cabinetry back to like-new condition. Their work is thorough and careful. And like Juan, their pricing is very reasonable. They, too, are delightful to work with.

Juan Granados gave me a very reasonable estimate to fix, clean and repair my deck and then came out and did a great job on the repair. He worked quickly and meticulously, cleaned up everything afterwards and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using him again.

I employed Granados to fix some woodwork on the side of my house and deck that had deteriorated. I also had him power wash and re-stain several decks. The work was done efficiently and looks great. He even power washed part of the sidding without my having to ask. Plus, plus. And he came when I called and delivered an estimate the next day.
