Advanced Hearing Services is a great business for acquiring top-quality hearing aids. I was first sent there 7 years ago after treatment at Otolaryngology Associates (also a top notch medical facility). My hearing needs have changed and after 7 years I am now on my 2nd pair of premium hearing aids -- they are fantastic (amazing what technology does in that time). Extraordinary audiologist there fit my new hearing aids to my hearing perfectly (ears not the same, deficient in opposite sides of the audio spectrum). Appointments were quickly set up, hearing aids delivered quickly, tuned perfectly the first time (with a couple of tweaks). Very professional service, all around. I'd never go anywhere else.

I did my homework on top brands, models, and features, so I knew a fair amount about the market before I went it to see the folks at Advanced Hearing Services. Doug, the lead audiologist, walked me through my options and his advice aligned perfectly with the objective insights I'd gotten from scouring the Internet.

Note that good hearing aids are not cheap - you're buying adaptive technology with some sophisticated computing and sound processing capabilities, all miniaturized to an unbelievable point. Remember, you're making an investment here - in your ability to communicate with the rest of humanity.

I went with the Widex Dream 440's and could not be happier. And, of course, within three months I promptly lost one. No worries - Advanced Hearing hooked me up with a replacement in about 48 hours, and all I paid was the minor (compared to total cost) deductible for a new hearing aid.

The entire staff were professional, polite, helpful, sincere, and candid - I was shown what was likely going to help me and I was steered away from more expensive options or more complex solutions that I didn't need. My hearing aids are a perfect fit and they do exactly what Advanced Hearing Services said they would, and they've opened up a new world to me, both at the workplace and at home.

I can highly recommend this business and wish that all professionals operating in this market were as helpful, honest, and supportive as are the folks at Advanced Hearing Services.
