I have used these guys for a number of years because they are physically connected to my optometrist's office. In 2017 I bought "clip on" sunglasses that required that small magnets be placed into the corner of the lenses of my glasses. About a month after I got the sunglasses, the small metal bridge that connected the two lenses of the sunglasses became loose. Over the next year I have had to visit Physician's Optical at least six times to get this issue fixed. They finally sent the sunglasses back to whoever made them and glued the bridge to the lenses, albeit not very cleanly. The last straw came about a month ago. I noticed that the lenses on these $200+ sunglasses were scratched significantly. I have other mechanical clip on glasses greater than three years old that cost less than $10 that are mechanically and optically more durable. When I showed this to the sales person, he agreed to send them back to get them fixed. Another week goes by, they are "fixed" and when I come to pick them up I notice that they simply fixed the bridge clip and reused the scratched lenses. On top of this was a $70 bill! Another salesperson helped me and agreed to send them to be properly fixed. He asked me if the prior salesperson told me there would be a charge and I replied no. We then entered "let's make a deal territory" where the second salesman said he would do it for $35. Having no choice I gave him the sunglasses to be repaired. One week later, I returned to get them and they were properly fixed but the salesperson insisted that I pay the $35 because they are beyond the warranty period. I told the salesperson that if he insisted that I pay for this then he would lose a customer and without hesitation charged my credit card. This has been the worst customer service that I have ever received from an optician's office. I will never use them again and you should not use them either. Just get your prescription and take it to one of the more highly rated opticians in Checkbook

Optician seemed to be in hurry to get order and was not sufficiently concerned about my problems. I felt like I was just another $300 target.

I've never been able to get the glasses I bought from them adjusted properly. And be aware that although they share space with the Ophthalmologist practice in the building, they are a separate business, and the ophthalmologists won't intervene if there are any issues or concerns.
