I honestly cannot believe how bad my experience with Home Paramount was. What was supposed to be a simple insulation job turned into two days of stress, damage to my home, and behavior that made me seriously uncomfortable. The crew showed up on May 1 and I was told both my house and my neighbor's would be done around the same time. Instead, they spent about EIGHT HOURS using my electricity to finish my neighbor's house first while barely touching mine. Then when they finally started on my house, their equipment stopped working and I was told they had to come back the next day. Before leaving, they asked me to leave all the plastic coverings up overnight. That meant I couldn't use my own bedroom or bathroom, couldn't sleep in my bed, and even had to cancel a trip I already had planned because my house was basically unusable. The next day they showed up before 9 AM but didn't even really start working until around 10:30. By 12:30 they claimed they were done. Except the job was NOT done properly. They tracked insulation debris all over my stairs and entry area and then told me their vacuum "wasn't working" so they basically just left the mess there. I spent HOURS cleaning my own house afterward. But the worst part? I literally caught one of the workers trying to walk out of my house carrying my personal thigh exercise equipment from my BEDROOM. When I asked him "is that mine?", he said "Yeah, it's on the window, I'm just taking it down." It was NOT on the window, it was on my bed. Why was he removing personal items from my bedroom without asking me in the first place? Completely unacceptable and honestly disturbing. And then I started finding all the damage: My heavy bedroom dresser and attached mirror had clearly been shoved around and separated, leaving a gap that still won't go back correctly. The corner of my dresser is now damaged. There's a deep scratch on my bedroom floor near the attic access that looks like they dragged equipment or a ladder across it. They left a random piece of drywall shoved behind clothes in my closet. Drawers and cabinet doors had been opened and left messed up. My TV screen now has a scratch on it that wasn't there before. Insulation dust was everywhere, including on my clothes. Items in my bathroom had clearly been moved around. Insulation material was left exposed around the attic opening. This whole experience felt careless, messy, and invasive. I trusted these people inside my home and now I'm left with damage, a huge cleanup job, and serious concerns about how they handled my belongings. Please look at the pictures yourself. Very disappointed with management. We have been regular costumers for 20+ years. We asked for a price adjustment on a $5000 job to remove and replace the insulation from a 500 sq ft sub-attic area after sealing up potential entry points for mice. The work went smoothly and the workman only needed to blow in 1/3 the amount of insulation stated in the contract. They also mentioned that they were originally scheduled for 2 days but were able to easily finish in 1. Since their salesman had over sold us on the materials and work, we immediately requested and were told we would receive a price adjustment. Instead they charged us the full amount and made us wait 2 months for 1 particular manager to return from overseas. Also a vice president aware of our situation during that 2 months never got back to us. It’s been 2 weeks since the manager returned and promised multiple times to email their offer (without ever stating what it was). Now he is ignoring us completely. Based on the price and quality ratings of other exterminators, I’m sure we can make a better choice for our future needs.

Poor communication. No one responded to voice/text messages. Didn't show up for three appointments and didn't bother to notify us.
