Causes repeated damage to appurtenances from careless use of line trimmer, even after multiple discussions about avoiding such damage. Mows over trash blown into yard from nearby construction sites or elsewhere, strewing bits and pieces over wide area. Repeatedly threw fallen branches haphazardly into landscaped areas despite requests--to which he agreed--to pile debris on brick patio so I could remove the stuff myself. Damaged several landscaping bushes by thrusting leaf blower into plants. Short-tempered owner/operator is argumentive, volatile and confrontational when performance issues are brought forward. Owner/operator evidently harbors grudges for years. When problems are brought to his attention, he reminds customer that he was criticized in the past for inferior performance--I'm not sure what is to be gained by that behavior, but there it is. The customer is expected to focus on how well the lawn is cut and remain mute about the collateral damage. Owner/operator complains about complaints, stating he undercharges and has for years. But he set the prices, which were not negotiated down.
