I've been a client of this practice since the early beginning. I followed them from their first location, and even though it is a 45 minute from where I live, I still go to them. Dr Valerie Campbell is the very best, and I can count on her giving me excellent advice for any situation. Their prices are competitive with other vets.

not a good experience when your pet is sick , my experience was terrible , cost was high and communication ( other than when the animal had to be put down ) was bad , I lost my beloved pet taking it to this place and it cost way to much money , didn't seem to care much about the life of the animal or the urgency in seeing him and because of that I ended up waiting too long to get em in which I believe didn't help in keeping him alive and well - I'd give this place a second thought before taking your animal there

We began using Blue Ridge when we first moved to the area. I feel that the doctor are very caring and know their stuff, but the office staff and Vet techs, need to gain some personal interaction/communication skills. some of the vet techs try to come across as knowing more than they do and talk down to you. We do absolutely LOVE Amanda, though! She rocks!
The office staff are rude and get snippy very quickly. I also have waited three years to get my account separated from my mother-in-law's account. It was finally completed last month, (2/2018). Wait times can get long also, as they prioritize emergencies over anyone with appointments, which is fine, emergencies happen, just communicate it.
