I used this company in the past with great satisfaction but when my washing machine recently started to make noises, I called them to repair it. The technician arrived in an unmarked pickup truck but was wearing the company's uniform. He simply looked at the unit, spun the inside drum and said that the main bearing was shot and that the repair would require 2 people and cost hundreds of dollars to repair, thus was not worth repairing. After I paid him for the service call, I called LG and they told me to check the rotor which is a very easy job (many YouTube videos show how to do it). I unscrewed the back of the washing machine and saw that the single screw holding he rotor in place had unscrewed causing the rotor to be loose. Within 30 minutes the machine was fixed. I'm now suggesting that everyone should try to fix their washing machines themselves, but it was clear to me that the technician was booth poorly trained as well as uninterested in repairing appliances. I no longer will use this company, nor should you.

I have a Maytag stand-up freezer which no longer froze food. I called Atlantic Appliance Repair and a repairman was at my house in less than 2 hours. The coils had been frozen over. He took care of that problem in about an hour but had to return to replace the control board (no labor charge to replace the board). The cost of the board was significantly lower than prices on the internet. He also had excellent manners.
