We are in the process of prepping our house for sale. We have a prefab fireplace and flue set-up. We wanted the fireplace, flue and chimney inspected for sale purposes as well as safety. Charlie did not try to con us into work that wasn't necessary. He was professional and pleasant. We highly recommend him.
