Charles knows his chimneys. After an inspection he told me what was needed, scheduled the work, and returned for some caulking and installing a new cap, plus answered all my questions. I'll definitely call him when it's time for my next inspection. Based on other firms estimates, I'd say his charges are right down the middle.

Very pleased with with everything, from quick response on initial contact, chimney cleaning, to finishing brick replacement. Will definitely call again

I highly recommend Phoenix Chimney. I do not use my chimney and do not plan to, but I wanted to make sure that it was sound and problem-free. (This chimney had not been touched in the 24 years that I have lived in my home.) Charlie did an inspection and replaced some broken mortar on the chimney’s exterior. He was reasonably priced, very good humored and provided me with useful information.
