I live in Arlington and am glad we found Charley. His timeliness and diligent work is great. He will inspect the chimney and if it does not need a cleaning, he will tell you so. He is very knowledgeable on options and when to have the chimney swept again. I highly recommend him.

I live in Maryland and Charlie is not licensed there so unfortunately I could use him. That said, he did talk with me on the phone about the other estimates and said what to look out for and what not. When we got off he said call anytime. So again can’t speak for the work but excellent customer service and very friendly.

Charlie came out to give me an estimate on a substantial chimney repair project. After looking everything over and discussing options with me, he said he wasn't equipped to handle the job himself, but encouraged me to contact another chimney outfit. He spent an hour with me and yet refused to take any money ("I didn't do anything!") I followed up on the contact he suggested. Saved me thousands. Couldn't find a nicer guy.
