We hired this company to replace all the windows in the house, plus three doors. They asked for full payment before they were done, claiming we were required to pay them by a certain time to qualify for a tax credit and also claiming that the work was virtually complete and they would return the next week to finish up the final touches. For months afterwards, I called and wrote and was given a million excuses and outright lies. Sometimes, one of them would return, often without calling first, to do one small thing and leave. In the end, they disappeared without ever finishing the job.

Also, they installed the wrong color windowsill in one window and said they would order the right color that matched the rest of the window frame and return to substitute the correct one, but never did. They also painted a window frame in the shower with the wrong paint and it all peeled off and looked terrible. They promised to fix it, but never returned to do so. Two teenage sons of one of the workers were looking for work, so I hired them to plant some plants. They were lazy, had a bad attitude, ignored instructions, didn't do a proper job and many of the plants died. Like father, like son as the saying goes.

This was a terrible experience and we feel we were cheated. We hired them on the recommendation of an employee in the hardware department at Fischer's Hardware in Springfield, VA. I specifically asked for a recommendation from Fischer's. It later turned out that the employee who recommended this company was only working there temporarily and he was actually recommending himself, his own company, so it was fraudulent from the start. When I later called Fischer's to tell them what happened so they wouldn't recommend the company again, they told me the man who spoke to me no longer worked there and they never would have recommended them in the first place.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the BBB wrote them several times, but they never responded.

Using this company might mean you will spend more than you need to and they won't deliver what they promise.
