I feel I receive excellent hearing care at Doctors Hearing Services. I am satisfied with the hearing aids I purchased and the price was very good. Whenever I have an issue with my hearing aids, I can easily get an appointment without much wait, sometimes on the same day. Dr. Hoban is outstanding at analyzing and setting up my hearing devices and I have full confidence in his care.

I have insurance through GEHA, which uses something called TruHearing, which in turn led me to Doctors Hearing Services. I chose a product the audiologist recommended and have been happy enough with it. As the hearing loss was only in one ear, they asked that I have an MRI to make sure there was no tumor causing the problem. Usually did not have to wait. Haven't had to deal with reliability issues.

Perhaps I should not have chosen this category. I used Doctors Hearing Services as it was associated with TruHearing, which works with GEHA insurance. I saw audiologist Dr. Beth Connors, who insisted I see her colleague Dr. Eric Furst, as I had hearing loss in one ear only which could indicate a problem; he sent me for an MRI. Connors discussed several hearing aids, but didn't have other than generic samples/colors. Since I got my aid through insurance, I couldn't really compare prices and since I've had the aids for only a month, I can't fairly rate reliability or quality, though everything is fine so far.
